Stunning Third Creek Townhome located in the heart of Incline Village just minutes drive from beaches, skiing and casinos! The wonderful condo has complex amenities which include a summer pool, year round hot tub, tennis courts, and clubhouse with pool table! The gorgeous home has 2 bedrooms and can sleep 4 people (Note: there is NO sofa bed in this property).
There is an unbelievable kitchen with all the utensils you could possibly need, a back deck with gas BBQ, and a beautiful conversation living room with river rock gas fireplace! The upstairs master suite is a sight to behold, with huge wood burning fireplace, vaulted knotty pine ceilings, private bathroom, and enormous deck! This is the perfect luxury getaway for your family to enjoy, any time of year you will be delighted.
Unfortunately, the private beaches in Incline Village are only for owner use. Nearby public beaches include Sand Harbor State Park and Kings Beach. The community pool and hot tub at the complex are available for guest use.
Pets are NOT allowed in this property. If you need accommodations for a service animal, please message us and we will help you find alternative accommodations.
Due to contractual obligations between Lake Tahoe Accommodations and the owner of this property, the responsible guest must be 21 years old and present a photo ID, credit card and signed rental agreement before occupancy.
