Property Manager presents, 'Highboy Hideaway' a custom designed vacation rental home in Seaside, Florida. This residence offers 6 spacious bedrooms and multiple balconies for enjoying the sunrise and sunset over 30A. Conveniently located next to the adult pool and fitness center with a short 2 minute bike ride to the airstreams for lunch!
Professionally designed by Holly Shipman in 2022, this Seaside home creates the foundation for a memorable beach vacation. The first floor treats you to an open concept family room that flows into the grand kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a large center island which has seating for 4 guests and the dining table offers seating for 8 guests. Next you will find a guest bedroom with a king sized bed and private bathroom with a shower. There is a half bathroom and laundry room on this floor.
As you ascend the stairs to the second floor, your first stop is a gorgeous guest bedroom with a king sized bed and private bathroom with shower. There is an additional guest bedroom on this floor with a king size bed and private bathroom with a shower that has shared access to the balcony. The final room on this floor is the master retreat, which offers a king size bed and a luxurious bathroom with a soaking tub and shower, and shared access to the balcony.
The third floor of the home is a wonderful gathering spot with spacious and comfortable seating, a table that is perfect for a card game, air hockey table, beverage refrigerator, and a tv for those late night games and movies. There is a guest bedroom with a king size bed and shared bathroom on this floor, along with a bunk room that has two bunk beds. The balcony is a great addition to this floor for relaxing - but the spiral staircase to the tower provides the best views of Seaside with a glimpse of the emerald water.

- NO events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- Elevator usage is for individuals who make prior arrangements with Dune before arrival date. Elevator is reserved for use by elderly and handicap persons.
BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 6 beach cruisers.

- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 30 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
