* We visited for NYE vacation and there was only 1 wine glass. We had to buy a few and leave them in the house. For what we paid for the house I think they should have wine glasses.
* Nobody gave us a key to the house, we had to enter via code in the garage every time we got to the house. No remote control access for the car.
*Nobody answered my VRBO messages for three days... Again, for a rental at this price point i would expect at least somebody answering the messages.
The only suggestions to improve the experience would be sharp knives in the kitchen as we prepared all of our would also be nice to have a large pot between the 2 qt size and the lobster pot size. Also, it would be very helpful for those of us that are not tech savvy to have simple instructions to operate the tvs (and a basic tv channel guide for popular stations).
That being said, we had the best experience and loved the lodge. Close to town, slopes and grocery store. Beautiful views....
