Description
A great Chandler location, a gorgeous backyard with a heated pool and nice grassy area for backyard fun. Enter this charming home into a massive great room with an open concept living, dining and kitchen. The living room is cozy and has ample seating for the entire family with a great big flat screen TV that can be viewed everywhere in the great room. The kitchen is large and has a breakfast bar for entertaining or hanging out during meal prep. The granite counters are abundant and the kitchen is fully stocked. The dining area seats 6 and is right off the kitchen. The great room also has desk for working from home or can be used just as a great place to set up your laptop. This home has a split floor plan with the master in the rear of the home. It has a comfy king bed, sofa, and TV all for you comfort. The en-suite bath has a walk in shower and walk in closet. On the other side of the great room are 2 more bedrooms, one with a King bed and TV and the other with a Trundle bed that makes into 2 twins or one king bed. The 3rd bedroom also is an office space with a 2nd desk. The hall bath has a tub and shower combo.
The backyard oasis is a perfect place to spend any time of the year outside. Covered dining for 8, extra sitting area perfect to relax with a cup of coffee, a fire pit with seating surrounding it and loungers. Let's not forget about the sparkling pool with waterfall. Super private backyard.

This home is equipped with a heat pump, reel and cover. The heat pump that is responsible for heating the pool is at full efficiency if the weather stays above 50 degrees allowing the pool to get to a comfortable swimming temp of 85 degrees. Rest assured; we are looking out for you. Should you want the pool heated, please book with that option now. The pool heat fee is optional, but please let us know if it is your intention to swim. As your reservation date approaches, we will be in touch should we find the temps heading below 50 degrees (approximately 1 week before arrival) and you can make a final decision if you wish the pool to be heated based on weather conditions. We can refund the pool heat fees should you be concerned about not being able to enjoy this amenity as intended.
This pool is equipped with a heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $65 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
Air Conditioning: Please note A/C cannot go below 70 degrees as this freezes out the units and causes issues. For stays of over 30 nights, an electricity cap has been determined as presented in your rental agreement.
