This exquisitely decorated and completely updated custom home is new on the rental market. The 2,559 sf home has been freshly furnished with all new beds, linens, kitchenware and appointments throughout. You will be warmly welcomed and soothed by the lush garden that surrounds the home. A gathering space with seating around a fire pit is located in the front yard near the entry.
Stylish furnishings and art adorn the home which is located in the heart of Carmel, close to every local attraction from fine dining to world-class golf and shopping. Nature-lovers will love Point Lobos State Reserve, hiking in Big Sur and a plethora of local beaches to explore.
The gourmet kitchen will please even the most discriminating chefs with beautiful finishes, thoughtful touches and high-end appliances. A large center island, a second refrigerator under the counter and a separate coffee bar complete this stunning kitchen. Step out to the enclosed back patio to enjoy al fresco dining under heat lamps. Cozy up to the fire feature as the evening cools. A large dining table and nearby casual seating encourage you to gather and enjoy meals and games together.
The gracious living room has a flat screen TV, a gas fireplace and comfortable seating where you'll want to sit and chat in front of the fire.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, TV, a large walk-in closet and direct access to the enclosed back patio.
The en suite bathroom has a two sink vanity, towel warmer, and a standing shower with convenient grab bars installed. The toilet area has grab bars as well. All toilets have seats with built-in risers making this home a bit more comfortable for elders and those with mobility issues.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub. The room also has a large desk situated overlooking the front garden.
Upstairs, Bedroom #3 has two twin beds, a large walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with a standing shower.
Bedroom #4 is in the detached guest suite which has a private entrance, its own full bathroom with a shower, a queen bed, as well as a TV, gas fireplace and a desk space.
The home also has a powder room/half bathroom near the living areas in the main house.

A convenient laundry center is located just off the kitchen.
Parking for 2 cars is located in the driveway. The garage is not typically open to guests, but may be made available for an extra charge and advanced notice.
A whole-house generator automatically services the entire home in case of a power outage.
