Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.
Come enjoy South Padre Island, TX while staying in our beautiful townhome! This townhome features a private pool. 119B E. Carolyn is a great property for families and friends to be together. The location is perfect, only 1/2 a block to the beach! Less than a 5 minute walk!
119B E. Carolyn has a fantastic floorplan and a tastefully decorated interior! This townhome is 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms!
The downstairs consists of a spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, beautiful cabinetry, and is fully stocked with all necessary pots, pans, and cooking supplies.
The dining room and living area located just off the kitchen. The living room entails a large couch and a flat screen tv. The dining area features a nice 6 person table for guests to sit and enjoy a meal together. There is additional seating for guests on the large kitchen bar. The half bathroom downstairs is very convenient for all guests to use. The property has full internet access.
All three bedrooms are located upstairs and are extremely spacious. The master bedroom entails a king bed, flat screen tv, and en suite master bath with his and her sinks. The second bedroom offers guests two queen beds and a flat screen tv. The third bedroom has a full size bunk bed. (2 full size mattresses) Two full bathrooms are located upstairs to accommodate guests. There is a balcony located off the master bedroom and the third bedroom. The pool area is very spacious, with plenty of lounging room for guests to relax and catch a tan!
This home is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach, making it an easy walk to South Padre Island's white sandy beaches and beautiful ocean!
